Car
If you are driving from Kitui Town, head southeast on the Kitui-Kangundo Road. Continue for about 3 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Kitui-Kangundo Road. Take a left turn at the junction and continue for another 5 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Kitui Cottages and Guest House on your right. The guest house is located approximately 1 kilometer from the main road, so be sure to follow the signs closely.

Public Transportation
To reach Kitui Cottages and Guest House using public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from the Kitui Town bus station heading towards Kangundo. The fare is usually around 50-100 Kenyan Shillings. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at the junction for Kitui Cottages. Once you arrive at the junction, you can either walk the remaining 1 kilometer to the guest house or hire a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) for a small fee, typically around 100-200 Kenyan Shillings.

If you find yourself near the main road but not at the junction, you can walk towards the Kitui-Kangundo Road. From Kitui Town, it is a 3-kilometer walk southeast along the road.
