From Lake Bogoria, head north on the main road towards Nyalil-Buch. Continue driving for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork, which is well-marked. After about 5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Sarken Water Spring. Turn right onto a dirt path and drive carefully for about 2 kilometers until you reach the spring. Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the last segment due to rough terrain.

Catch a matatu (shared taxi) from Lake Bogoria heading towards Nyalil-Buch. Ensure you confirm with the driver that they will drop you off at Nyalil-Buch. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Nyalil-Buch, you can ask locals for directions to Sarken Water Spring, which is about 5 kilometers away. You may need to hire a local boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) to cover this distance efficiently. The fare for the boda-boda should be negotiated beforehand, typically around 200-300 KES.
