If you are starting from Malindi town center, head towards the main road (Malindi-Lamu Road). Walk northeast until you reach the junction with Silversand Road. Turn left onto Silversand Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Portuguese Chapel along the way. The chapel is located on your right side, just past the entrance of the Silversands Beach Resort. Look for the distinctive stone structure of the chapel.
