If you are starting from Mombasa's Old Town, head east towards the Fort Jesus Museum. From the museum, walk along the coastline on Mombasa Harbour Road until you reach the intersection with Moi Avenue. Turn left onto Moi Avenue and continue straight. After about 1 km, you will reach the junction with Sir Mbarak Hinawy Road. Turn right onto Sir Mbarak Hinawy Road. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will find Mandhry Mosque on your left, at the address 'WMQH+HR2 Bohora Mosque, Sir Mbarak Hinawy Road'.

From the Mombasa Railway Station, rent a bicycle and head south towards Moi Avenue. Cycle along Moi Avenue and follow it until you reach the intersection with Sir Mbarak Hinawy Road. Turn right onto Sir Mbarak Hinawy Road and keep cycling for about 1 km. Mandhry Mosque will be located on your left at 'WMQH+HR2 Bohora Mosque, Sir Mbarak Hinawy Road'.

From the central bus station in Mombasa, take a matatu heading towards the Makadara area. Inform the driver that you are going to Mandhry Mosque. The ride should take approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic.
