If you are starting from Mombasa town, head towards Moi Avenue, which is a central road. Walk south along Moi Avenue until you reach the junction with Nkrumah Road. Continue straight onto Nkrumah Road. After about 500 meters, you will see the entrance to Fort Jesus on your left. The field is located just adjacent to the Fort.

From Mombasa town, take a matatu heading to the Old Port. Board the matatu from the designated matatu stage on Moi Avenue. Inform the conductor that you are heading to Fort Jesus. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Fort Jesus. Walk a short distance towards Nkrumah Road, and you will find the field next to the Fort.
