Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Mombasa city center, head towards Moi Avenue. Walk along Moi Avenue until you reach the intersection with Nkrumah Road. Turn right onto Nkrumah Road and continue walking until you reach the junction with the Nyali Bridge. Once you cross the bridge, keep walking straight. You will see a sign for Bamburi on your left. Turn left into Bamburi Road and continue walking. After a few minutes, you will see Haller Park on your right.

  • Bicycle

    Starting from Mombasa city center, rent a bicycle and head towards Moi Avenue. Ride down Moi Avenue until you reach Nkrumah Road. Turn right onto Nkrumah Road and follow it as it curves and leads to the Nyali Bridge. Cross the bridge, and once you’re on the other side, continue straight. Look out for the Bamburi Road sign on your left. Take that left turn, and Haller Park will be on your right side.

  • Matatu (Shared Taxi)

    From Mombasa city center, head to the matatu stage at Moi Avenue. Look for a matatu heading to Bamburi or Nyali. Board the matatu, and inform the conductor that you want to go to Haller Park. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the conductor to drop you off at the Haller Park stop. Once you get off, walk a short distance towards the entrance of Haller Park.
