From the center of Gigiri, start by heading towards UN Avenue. If you're near the United Nations Office, walk south along the avenue. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Limuru Road.

At the junction with Limuru Road, turn right and continue walking. After about 200 meters, you will see a sign for Karura Forest on your left. This is the main entrance to the forest.

Enter through the main entrance of Karura Forest. You may need to pay a small entrance fee of approximately 100 KES for adults and 50 KES for children. Once inside, follow the signs towards the footpaths. The trails are well-marked, and you will be able to access the Karura Foot Path from within the forest.
