Getting There

    If you are driving from Nyandarua Range, take the C78 road towards the Aberdare Ranges. The drive is scenic, and you'll pass through lush landscapes. Make sure to follow the signage towards Aberdare National Park. The park entrance is located at the coordinates (-0.1986547, 36.6391468). The entrance fee for vehicles is approximately KES 1,000. Once inside, you can access various trails and viewpoints.

  • Public Transportation

    From Nyandarua Range, head to the nearest bus station and take a matatu (shared minibus) heading to Nyeri town. The fare is usually around KES 200. Upon arrival in Nyeri, transfer to a matatu that goes towards Aberdare National Park. The fare for this leg is approximately KES 150. Ensure you inform the driver that you wish to get off at the Aberdare Ranges entrance.
