From Brezovica Ski Resort, head northwest on the main road towards the town of Uroševac (Ferizaj). After approximately 30 km, merge onto the M1.3 highway heading towards Skopje. Continue on the M1.3 for about 90 km. Once you reach Skopje, follow the signs for 'Centar'. The Macedonian Archbishop Cathedral 'St. Clement of Ohrid' is located at Blvd. Partizanski Odredi 17. There is parking available near the cathedral, but be mindful of any parking fees.

Take a local bus from Brezovica Ski Resort to Uroševac (Ferizaj). Once in Uroševac, transfer to a bus heading to Skopje.
