There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for a small fee, typically around 100-200 RSD.
Public Transportation
To reach St. Panteleimon using public transportation, first take a bus from Pčinja to Skopje. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 1 hour. Upon arriving at the main bus station in Skopje, look for buses heading to Gorno Nerezi. The bus ride should take approximately 30 minutes.
