From Brezovica Ski Resort, head southeast on the main road toward the town of Štrpce. Continue along this road for approximately 20 km until you reach the junction with the road leading to North Macedonia. Turn left onto the road and continue for another 10 km. You will cross the border into North Macedonia. After crossing the border, continue straight until you see signs for Gorno Nerezi. Follow the signs for Gorno Nerezi and keep an eye out for directions to the Orthodox church „Saint Panteleimon“. It should take about 40 minutes to an hour in total, depending on traffic.
