From Brezovica Ski Resort, head northwest on the main road towards the town of Suva Reka. Continue on the main road for approximately 30 km until you reach the town of Gjakova. In Gjakova, take the exit onto the M25 road heading towards the border with North Macedonia. After about 45 km, you will cross into North Macedonia. Continue driving for about 20 km until you reach the outskirts of Skopje. Follow signs for Gorno Nerezi, and after a short drive, you will arrive at St. Panteleimon Monastery located at X9GF+QQ5, Gorno Nerezi, North Macedonia.
