Start at the Ferizaj City Center, located near the main square. Head northwest on Boulevard Nënë Tereza towards the roundabout. Continue straight at the roundabout onto Rruga 2 Korriku. After about 500 meters, you will reach the bus station. From there, take a bus towards Skopje. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and will drop you off at the main bus terminal in Skopje. Upon arriving in Skopje, exit the terminal and walk down Boulevard Goce Delchev for about 15 minutes.
