From the center of Ferizaj, head towards the main bus station, located at Rruga Gani Kelmendi. Once you reach the bus station, look for a bus heading to Skopje. The travel time is approximately 1.5 hours. After arriving at the Skopje bus station (Avtobuska Stanica), exit the station and proceed to the nearest bus stop for local transportation.
