If you are starting from the Gjakova City Center, head south on the main road (Rruga e Dëshmorëve) toward the M9 road. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Rruga e Dajlës. Turn right onto Rruga e Dajlës and continue walking for another 300 meters.
