Walking
From the center of Gjilan, head north on the main road, Boulevard Nënë Tereza, towards the bus station. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the bus station. At the station, take a bus heading towards Pristina. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus station in Pristina, exit the station and walk east on Rruga e Dëshmorëve towards the Great Mosque, which is situated at M588+QRV, Ibrahim Lutfiu. It will take about 10 minutes to walk there.
