Start your journey at the Gjilan City Center, specifically at the main square (Sheshi i Gjilanit). From the square, head south towards the intersection near the National Theater of Gjilan. Continue straight on the main road, which will eventually lead to the outskirts of the city. Keep walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the M2 highway toward Prishtina. You will walk along the highway for approximately 2 kilometers. After crossing a small bridge, you will see a sign for Busti i Fehmi Aganit. Follow the signs leading you off the highway onto an unnamed road. Continue straight for another 500 meters and you will find Busti i Fehmi Aganit on your right.

Alternatively, if you are near the Gjilan Bus Station, exit the station and turn left onto Rruga e Dajlajve. Walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Rruga e Dardhës. Turn right onto Rruga e Dardhës and continue straight for another 1 kilometer. You will come to a T-junction where you need to turn left onto the M2 highway. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer along the highway, keeping an eye out for signs pointing towards Busti i Fehmi Aganit. Once you see the sign, follow the unnamed road as described previously, and you will find the monument shortly after.
