Walking
From the center of Gjilan, head south on the main street, 'Rruga e Dëshmorëve'. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with 'Rruga Dardania'. Turn left onto 'Rruga Dardania' and walk for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see a sign for Gadima e Poshtme on your right. Follow the sign, which will lead you to a dirt path. Walk along this path for about 500 meters until you reach the entrance of Gadima Cave.
