If you are in central Mitrovica, start by heading towards the main street, Ulica Zahir Pajaziti. Walk north until you reach the intersection with Ulica Dardania. Turn left onto Ulica Dardania and continue walking. This street will lead you towards the outskirts of the city. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto M565, which is also known as the road towards Prishtina. Continue on this road for about 2 kilometers until you see the Memorial HEROINES on your right. The memorial is located at M565+5G3, and you will recognize it by its distinctive structure and surrounding park.

Public Transport
To reach the Memorial HEROINES using public transport, start at the central bus station in Mitrovica, located near the city center. Look for a bus heading towards Prishtina; these buses frequently depart from the station. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you want to get off at the Memorial HEROINES stop. The bus ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes. After disembarking, the memorial is just a short walk away. Head in the direction indicated by the signs, and you should see the memorial within 5 minutes.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Mitrovica. Start from the center of Mitrovica and head towards Ulica Zahir Pajaziti. Continue straight onto Ulica Dardania, and ride for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto M565. The Memorial HEROINES is approximately 2 kilometers down this road on your right. There are bike lanes available, making it a pleasant ride.
