Walking
If you are in central Mitrovica, start by heading towards the main pedestrian street, 'Sheshi i Republikës'. Walk straight along this street until you reach the crossroads with 'Rruga e Dëshmorëve'. Turn right onto 'Rruga e Dëshmorëve' and continue walking. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see a large square on your left, which is known as 'Sheshi Skënderbeu'. The Great Mosque is located just a short distance from here.
Public Transport
From the Mitrovica bus station, take a local bus heading towards Pristina. The bus usually departs every 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Pristina, get off at the main bus station and follow 'Rruga B' towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach 'Sheshi i Republikës', then follow the walking directions provided above to reach The Great Mosque.
