From Nokshiq, start by heading southeast on the main road towards the town of Ferizaj. Continue on this road for approximately 10 km until you reach the intersection with the M-2 highway. Take a right onto the M-2 highway towards Pristina. After about 15 km, take the exit towards Gadime e Poshtme. Follow the signs directing you to Gadime Cave, which will be located approximately 5 km from the exit. Look for the entrance marked with signage for the cave.
