Start your journey in Podujevo's city center. Begin at the main square (Sheshi i Podujevës) and head northwest on the main road (M9). Continue walking along M9 for approximately 10 kilometers. You will pass through some small villages and beautiful landscapes. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the Kosovo - Montenegro border. As you approach the border area, you will see signs directing you towards the cross-border trail.

Public Transport
From Podujevo, take a local bus heading towards Mitrovica. You can catch the bus from the main bus station located in the city center. The journey should take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Mitrovica, transfer to another bus heading towards the border crossing. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Kosovo - Montenegro border trail point. The bus ride should take about 20 minutes. From the drop-off point, follow the signs towards the trail.
