Walking
From the center of Shtime, head towards the main road (R114). Walk east on this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the E65 highway. Turn left onto the E65 highway and continue walking along the side of the road for about 2 kilometers. You will see signs pointing to Gadime e Poshtme as you approach. Follow the signs to Gadime Cave, which is located approximately 300 meters off the highway.
Public Transport (Bus)
At the main bus station in Shtime, look for a bus heading towards Gadime e Poshtme. The buses typically run every hour. Once you board the bus, let the driver know that you are going to Gadime Cave. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to the cave. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes following the signs to the cave entrance.
