Walking
Start your journey at the Vushtrri town center, specifically at the main square where the statue of the national hero is located. From the square, head north on Rruga e Dëshmorëve. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rruga Tiranës. Turn left onto Rruga Tiranës and walk for another 300 meters. The Karamanli Mosque will be on your right-hand side, identifiable by its distinct minaret and beautiful architecture.

While Vushtrri is a small town with limited public transport options, you can catch a local bus from the bus station near the town center. Board any bus heading towards Kosovska Mitrovica. Ask the driver to drop you off at the stop closest to Rruga Tiranës, which should take about 10 minutes. Once you get off, walk back along Rruga Tiranës for about 200 meters, and you will find the Karamanli Mosque on your left.
