From the center of Vushtrri, head south on the main street towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road heading out of Vushtrri. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you see signs for Lipljan. Follow the signs and the road will take you directly into Lipljan. Once you enter the town, you can ask for directions to Ulpiana, which is a well-known archaeological site.

From the main bus station in Vushtrri, take a local bus heading towards Lipljan. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus station in Lipljan, ask locals for directions to Ulpiana, or follow the signs directing you to the archaeological site, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station.
