If you are staying in Salmiya, start by heading towards the Gulf Road (also known as the Arabian Gulf Street). Depending on your exact location, make your way to the nearest intersection leading to Gulf Road. Once you reach Gulf Road, head north. Continue walking along Gulf Road, enjoying the views of the Arabian Gulf. You will pass by various cafes and shops. After approximately 3 km of walking, you will see signs for Green Island. Look for the entrance on your right side, which is located just off Gulf Street. The entrance is marked and will lead you to the ferry terminal.

From Salmiya, you can take a bus heading towards Kuwait City. Look for buses that stop at the 'Kuwait City Bus Station' or 'Al-Mubarakiya'. Once you reach the bus station, exit the bus and make your way to the nearest taxi stand or local transport heading toward the Gulf Road area. Inform the driver that you want to go to Green Island. They will take you to the ferry terminal. After arriving at the terminal, you will need to take a short ferry ride to reach Green Island. The ferry schedule is regular, but it’s best to check the timings upon your arrival.
