If you are in the center of Jalal-Abad, start by heading south on A. Kadyrov Street towards the intersection with K. Tynystanov Street. At the intersection, turn left onto K. Tynystanov Street. Continue walking down this street until you reach the intersection with Chuy Avenue. Turn right onto Chuy Avenue, and keep walking straight. After approximately 1 km, you will see the entrance to Pkio Im. Toktogul Satylganova on your left. The park is located at the coordinates W2H5+R9F, which is easily visible from the main road.
