From the center of Jalal-Abad, start walking east on Jibek Jolu Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Victory Square, which will be on your left. You will see a large monument and a park surrounding the square.

Take a marshrutka (shared minibus) heading east towards Victory Square. Make sure to ask the driver if they pass by Victory Square to confirm. Get off at the nearest stop to Victory Square and walk the remaining distance to reach the square.

Hail a taxi and ask the driver to take you to Victory Square in Jalal-Abad. Make sure to negotiate the fare before getting in the taxi. The driver should drop you off directly at the square.
