From the center of Osh, head to the main bus station (Автовокзал) located at 4 Uralova St. You can take a local minibus (marshrutka) heading towards the direction of 'Uvam'. Look for marshrutka number 14 or 12. The fare is around 15 som (local currency). Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes until you reach the stop named 'Uvam' (make sure to ask the driver or fellow passengers to alert you). After getting off, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Uvam Dam (увам плотина), which is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer to walk from the center of Osh, start at Ala-Too Square. Head south on Kurmanjan Datka Street until you reach the intersection with Lenin Street. Turn left onto Lenin Street and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will cross the bridge over the river; keep walking straight until you reach the 'Uvam' area. The dam will be visible from the path, and it’s about a 30-minute walk from the square.

For those who wish to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental shops in Osh. Start your journey at the main square, and head toward Uralova St. Follow the same route as the public transport option, but on a bicycle.
