Take a local mini-bus (marshrutka) heading towards the direction of the Osh Bazaar. Get off at the Osh Bazaar and transfer to another mini-bus that goes towards the direction of the Osh State University. Get off at the University and walk towards the south for a few blocks until you reach Gorodskaya Ploshchad'.
