Car
If you're driving from the main area of Son-Kul Lake, head southeast on the main road leading out of the lake area. Follow the signs towards Ekachat. Continue driving for about 30 kilometers. You will pass by beautiful landscapes and herds of sheep. Keep an eye out for the turnoff towards Moldo-Ashuu, which is an unnamed road on your right. Take this turn and follow it for about 5 kilometers until you reach the Moldo-Ashuu hiking area, located at coordinates 41.668474, 75.036846.

Public Transportation
To reach Moldo-Ashuu via public transportation, first take a marshrutka (shared taxi) from Son-Kul Lake to the nearest town, which is Naryn. Upon arriving in Naryn, you'll find local taxis or marshrutkas heading towards Ekachat. Inform the driver that you want to go to Moldo-Ashuu. They will drop you off at the nearest point to the hiking area. From there, you may need to walk about 1 kilometer to reach the entrance of Moldo-Ashuu, following the road signs or asking locals for directions.
