From the center of Tokmok, head east on the main street until you reach the intersection with the large mosque on your right. Turn right at the mosque and continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You will see a small park on your left, continue past the park and you will see a dirt trail leading up a hill. Follow the trail up the hill until you reach the top where you will find the Man on a white horse statue.
