Amazing cooking class with Nid
The dishes we prepared were authentic, flavorful, and surprisingly easy to recreate. I loved that we learned not just recipes, but also cooking techniques and the cultural stories behind each dish. Everything we cooked tasted amazing. It was personal, well-paced, and full of genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luang Prabang. Everything was perfect! The visits were well-organized, the hotels were comfortable, and the homestays were very typical and welcoming. We always felt well received and cared for. Transportation was punctual, even on roads that weren’t always easy to travel.
