Continue for about 15 kilometers until you reach the border crossing at Cửa khẩu Pahang (PFGQ+7PH, Samtay provinces). You may need to pay a small toll fee on this route, typically around 10,000 LAK.

Take a local bus from Xam Neua to Lóng Sập. Buses depart regularly from the main bus station. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 15,000 LAK. Once you arrive in Lóng Sập, you can hire a tuk-tuk to take you the remaining 15 kilometers to Cửa khẩu Pahang for around 20,000 LAK. Ensure you communicate clearly with the driver about your destination.
