Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the capital of Khammouane Province, Thakhek. Take Route 13 heading north. After approximately 25 kilometers, look for signs indicating Route 8. Turn left onto Route 8 and continue for about 20 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 12. Take a right onto Route 12 and drive for another 15 kilometers. The Sandstone Buddha Rock Sculptures are located on the left side of the road. There is a designated parking area for visitors.

Public Transportation
To reach the Sandstone Buddha Rock Sculptures via public transportation, start from Thakhek bus station. Board a local bus heading towards Nakai on Route 13. The bus ride will take about 1 hour and cost around 20,000 LAK. Once you reach the intersection at Route 12, you will need to hire a tuk-tuk or a motorcycle taxi to take you to the sculptures, which is about a 15-minute ride. Expect to pay around 30,000 to 50,000 LAK for the tuk-tuk fare.
