Walking
From the center of Luang Prabang, head south towards the Mekong River. Walk along the main road (Sakkarine Road) until you reach the intersection with the main road leading to the airport. Turn left onto the road leading out of town (Khouan Xang Road). Continue walking for about 2.5 kilometers. You will pass the Luang Prabang International School on your left. Keep walking straight until you see a sign for Laos Buffalo Dairy on your right. The dairy is located in Ban Muang Khay, just off the main road.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many shops in Luang Prabang. Start your journey from the town center and proceed south along Sakkarine Road towards Khouan Xang Road. After about 2.5 kilometers, look for the sign for Laos Buffalo Dairy on your right. The ride is mostly flat and should take approximately 15 minutes. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.
