Car
If you are driving, start your journey from Phongsaly town. Head northwest on Route 1A for approximately 2 kilometers, then turn onto the unpaved road leading to PW69+Q77. Continue straight for another 3 kilometers until you reach Winer and seven, which is located at the coordinates (21.7119, 101.9182). There is no entrance fee or parking cost at the location.
Tuk-Tuk
For a more local experience, hire a tuk-tuk from Phongsaly town. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which typically costs around 30,000 to 50,000 LAK (approximately 3-5 USD) for a round trip. Inform the driver that you want to go to Winer and seven located at PW69+Q77. The ride will take about 15 minutes. The driver will wait for you while you explore the garden.
Public Bus
If you prefer public transportation, take a local bus from Phongsaly town towards Muang Khua. Ask the conductor to drop you off near the closest point to PW69+Q77. The bus fare is approximately 15,000 LAK (about 1.50 USD). From the bus stop, you will need to walk or arrange a short tuk-tuk ride to reach Winer and seven, which is about 2 kilometers away.
