    Walking

    From most guesthouses in Nong Khiaw, the viewpoint is accessible by foot. Head south from the Nong Khiaw bridge along the main road. After a short walk, you'll see signs for Pha Daeng Peak on the left-hand side of the road. Follow the signs down a small lane to the ticket booth at the base of the mountain. The entrance fee is 20,000 LAK. Walking from the bridge takes approximately 15-30 minutes.
