Walking
If you are starting from the Savannakhet city center, head east on Rue de la Republique until you reach the intersection with Rue Khet. Turn left onto Rue Khet and continue straight. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs directing you to Nong Bungva Lake. Follow the signs and the path will lead you directly to the lake entrance. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Savannakhet city center. Start by cycling east on Rue de la Republique. When you reach the intersection with Rue Khet, turn left. Continue cycling straight for about 1 kilometer. Look for signs that indicate the direction to Nong Bungva Lake. The total distance is roughly 1.5 kilometers, and the ride should take around 10-15 minutes.
Tuk-Tuk
Find a tuk-tuk in the city center of Savannakhet. Once you are in the tuk-tuk, tell the driver 'Nong Bungva'. The driver should know the location, but to ensure they take you to the right place, you can show them the map on your phone if you have it. The journey will take about 10 minutes depending on traffic, and it will cost around 20,000 to 30,000 LAK.
