From the center of Vang Vieng, head towards the main road (Lao Road 13) that runs through the town. Walk northwest until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Nam Song River. Turn left onto this road and continue walking along the riverbank. You will pass several guesthouses and restaurants. Keep walking until you see a sign for Lusi Cave; it's a short and scenic walk of about 30-40 minutes.
