From the center of Vang Vieng, head towards the main road (Lao Road 13) that runs through the town. Walk northwest until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Nam Song River. Turn left onto this road and continue walking along the riverbank. You will pass several guesthouses and restaurants. Keep walking until you see a sign for Lusi Cave; it's a short and scenic walk of about 30-40 minutes.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Vang Vieng. Start by cycling towards the main road (Lao Road 13) and then take the road that leads to the Nam Song River. Continue cycling along the riverbank, enjoying the beautiful views. Look for the sign directing you to Lusi Cave. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace.
