Walking
From the center of Vang Vieng, head towards the main street, which is 'Sakkarine Road'. Walk north along this road until you reach the intersection with 'Nong Khiaw Road'. Turn left onto 'Nong Khiaw Road' and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs for 'Tham Chang' leading you to the entrance. The entrance is located just after you pass a large rock formation on your right.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from any shop in the center of Vang Vieng. Start by cycling north on 'Sakkarine Road' until you reach the intersection with 'Nong Khiaw Road'. Turn left and continue cycling for about 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to 'Tham Chang' on your right just after you pass a large rock formation. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace.
Tuk-Tuk
Find a tuk-tuk near the main market or any of the popular guesthouses in Vang Vieng. Tell the driver that you would like to go to 'Tham Chang'. The drivers are familiar with the location. The ride will take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
