If you have rented a car in Xaisomboun Province, head southeast on Route 13 from the town center. Follow the signs toward Phone Ngeun, which is about 30 kilometers away. Continue on Route 13 for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Route 1C. Take a left onto Route 1C, and drive for another 15 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Num Bor Keo Cave, and follow the local roads leading to the cave entrance. Ensure to have a map or GPS, as some roads may not be well-marked.

Public Transportation
From the main bus station in Xaisomboun Province, take a local bus heading towards Phone Ngeun. The fare is approximately 15,000 LAK (Laotian Kip). The journey will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Phone Ngeun, you can hire a tuk-tuk or a local taxi to take you to Num Bor Keo Cave. The cost for a tuk-tuk ride should be around 50,000 LAK. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
