Car
If you are traveling by car, make your way to Sigulda, which is approximately 50 kilometers from Riga. From Riga, take the A2 highway towards Sigulda. Once you arrive in Sigulda, follow signs for 'Gauja National Park'. Park your car at the designated parking area near Turaidas iela 4. Gutman's Cave is approximately a 10-minute walk from the parking area. Head towards the river and follow the walking path that leads to the cave.

Public Transportation
To reach Gutman's Cave using public transportation, take the train from Riga to Sigulda. Trains leave regularly from Riga Central Station. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Sigulda train station, exit the station and take bus number 1 towards 'Turaida'. Get off at the stop 'Turaida'. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to Gutman's Cave. Follow the signs towards Gauja National Park and the cave entrance, which will be clearly marked.
