From Jurmala, walk to the nearest bus stop. Look for the bus stop labeled 'Jūrmala, Rīgas iela'. Board bus number 2, which is heading towards Riga. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. After about 10 stops, get off at the 'Mežaparks' stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs towards the park entrance.

Head to the Jūrmala train station, which is usually located near the beach area. Purchase a ticket to Riga. Board the train heading towards Riga. The journey takes around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Riga train station, exit and walk towards the bus stop. Take bus number 2 from the station towards Mežaparks. After about 10 stops, get off at 'Mežaparks'.
