Getting there

Train

From Jurmala, head to the Majori train station. You can get there by walking or using a local bus. Once at the station, take a train heading to Rīga. The train ride takes approximately 25-30 minutes. After arriving at Rīga train station, exit and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs for 'Centra rajons' or 'Central District'. Once you reach the intersection of Torņa iela and Brīvības iela, turn onto Torņa iela. Continue walking until you reach the Swedish Gate located at Torņa iela 4-1a.

Bus

From Jurmala, take a local bus heading to Rīga. Look for buses that stop at the Rīga Central Bus Terminal. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus terminal, exit and walk towards the Rīga train station. Head in the direction of 'Centra rajons' or 'Central District'. Make your way to the intersection of Torņa iela and Brīvības iela, then turn onto Torņa iela. Walk straight until you reach the Swedish Gate at Torņa iela 4-1a.

Walking

If you are already in the central part of Jurmala, simply make your way towards the beach promenade and follow it to the nearest bus or train station. From there, take a train or bus to Rīga. Once in Rīga, navigate to the city center by following the signs. Walk towards the intersection of Torņa iela and Brīvības iela, then turn onto Torņa iela. Continue walking until you arrive at the Swedish Gate at Torņa iela 4-1a.
