If you are in Liepāja city center near Rose Square (Rožu laukums), head south on Lielā iela until you reach Krasta iela. Turn right onto Krasta iela and continue for approximately 2 kilometers. Artillery Battery No. 3 will be on your left. This walk takes approximately 30 minutes.

From the Liepāja Central Bus Station, take bus number 4 towards 'Karosta'. Get off at the 'Krasta iela' stop. Head east along Krasta iela for about 500 meters. The Artillery Battery No. 3 will be on your right. A single ride ticket purchased from the driver costs EUR 1.50. Tickets purchased in advance via the “Liepājas pilsēta” app cost EUR 0.90. A day ticket costs EUR 3.00.

Paid parking lots are available in Liepāja for EUR 0.50 per hour, typically with free parking on Sundays and holidays.
