If you are already in Kipsala, head towards the Kipsala Bridge (Kipsalas tilts). From there, cross the bridge towards the Central District. Once you reach the other side, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tallinas iela. Turn left onto Tallinas iela, and walk for about 500 meters.
