Public Bus
From the center of Sigulda, walk to the Sigulda bus station located at Pils iela 1. Take the bus number 1 towards Riga. The journey to Mežaparks will take approximately 45 minutes. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the Mežaparks stop. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs to the park entrance which is just a short walk from the bus stop.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Sigulda. Follow the cycling path from Sigulda towards Riga. The distance to Mežaparks is about 20 km. Along the way, enjoy the scenic views of the Gauja National Park. Once you reach the area of Northern District in Riga, follow the signs for Mežaparks which will lead you to the entrance.

If you enjoy long walks, you can walk to Mežaparks from Sigulda. Start your journey by heading towards the Gauja River and following the trails along the riverbank. Continue towards Riga, which is approximately 50 km away. This will be a challenging hike, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring enough water and snacks for the trip. Once you reach the edge of Northern District, follow the signs to the park.
