Getting There

Walking
Start from the center of Baalbek, specifically from the Baalbek Roman Ruins. Head north on the main road (Ain Gazar Street) towards the roundabout. Continue straight through the roundabout and follow the signs towards Afqa. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Turn left to stay on the main road towards Afqa. Continue following this road for about 6 kilometers. As you approach Afqa, you will see signs for Afqa Waterfall. Look for the pathway on your right that leads to the waterfall. It is about a 10-minute walk from the main road.

Taxi
From anywhere in Baalbek, you can easily find a taxi. Make sure to tell the driver that you want to go to Afqa Waterfall. The taxi ride should take approximately 20 minutes. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the waterfall area. Once you arrive, you may have to walk a short distance to reach the waterfall itself.

Walk to the nearest bus station in Baalbek, which is near the Baalbek Roman Ruins. Look for a mini-bus heading towards Afqa. You can ask locals or bus station staff for assistance in finding the correct bus. The ride will take around 30 minutes. The bus will drop you off at a point near Afqa; from there, you will have to walk about 15 minutes down a path to reach the waterfall.
