If you are starting from the Baalbek city center, head north on the main street (Al-Hadi Street) until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Baalbek Temple complex. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a T-junction. Turn left onto the road towards Ariz. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Kadisha Cave along the way. Once you reach Ariz, continue until you see the sign for Kadisha Cave on your right. The cave entrance is a short walk from the main road.

From any location in Baalbek, you can take a taxi to Kadisha Cave. Simply ask the driver to take you to 'Kadisha Cave in Ariz.' The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey. The driver will drop you off at the entrance of the cave, where you can start your exploration.
